Job description
We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join our team. This successfull candidate will play a key role in our Finance and Accounts department and support our operations in the Netherlands and international locations. You will actively participate in building a positive and performance-based team culture, working as a team and with open communications.
- Managing the books, cash flow and bank accounts of Dutch Companies
- Preparing monthly fixed assets, cash and cash equivalents reconciliations for the group, and other ad hoc reports
- Setting up and managing vendors and reconciling vendor/customer account balances
- Resolving discrepancies for the Group in cooperation with local finance teams
- Overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll insurance and financial reporting
Requirements
- MEAO / BE / MBA Educational Level.
- +3 years work experience in finance and administration
- Exposure to an international corporate setting.
- Proven experience with relevant ICT tools: Office 365 (Excel), Exact Globe, Electronic Banking platforms
- Drivers License B
- Strong communication skills
- International mindset
- Multitasking and stress resistant
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Team player with coaching skills
